Happy Menu Planning Monday! To help keep within our grocery budget for the month, I plan out a Menu for every two weeks. This way we aren’t scrounging around for something to make dinner every night and it keeps us from eating out too often spending money we don’t have.Here’s what we’re putting in our mouth this week and what we ate last week…

-Crockpot Beef Tacos & Cuban Black Beans (leftovers next day)

-Warm Sourdough & Chicken Salad

-Tyler’s Ultimate Chili and Sweet Cornbread (leftovers next day)

-BBQ Mahi with Cilantro Pesto, Couscous and Asparagus

-Buckwheat Pancakes with Strawberry Sauce & Bacon

-Whole Wheat Pasta with Italian Sausage and Rapine

-Quinoa Chicken & Basil Stir-fry

-Steamed Artichokes & Sweet Potato Fries

-BBQ Tequila Lime Chicken, Spanish Rice & Grilled Lemon Pepper Zucchini
