Bible Deployment

Before we came to Seminary, TJ was planning on Commissioning into the Navy. As a result, for nearly 2 years I prepared myself mentally to be able to function without him being apart of my day to day routine assuming that as an Intel Officer, he would often be deployed.

We have both come to the conclusion that between me working a full time job and him taking 16 credits and working 20 hours a week is a “Bible Deployment.” Although I am lucky enough to know where he is (tied to his desk), and I get to see him daily (at least the back of his head stuck to the pages of a commentary), life has become far too busy to even come close to feeling like he’s around anymore.

Aside from the fact that his life is not in constant danger, this is for sure a 3 year tour. Feel free to send care packages.
