Menu Plan

The fish tacos were so good last time, you must have heard us rejoicing and praising God for the recipe regardless of where you live as we gulped them down last time. If you know me well, I’m not exactly a quiet person, so me gobbling down a meal with few words being said other than, “Mmmmm” and “Wow” is some kind of a record.

Because of this, you must either try this recipe for yourself, or call me to make a reservation so I can share my new family favorite with you. My mouth waters just thinking about it.

Here’s what we’re eating for dinner this week:

  1. Salmon Fish Tacos
  2. Tarragon Chicken, Brown Rice & Roasted Asparagus (x2 for taking meal to family)
  3. Santa Fe Chicken Chili
  4. Wet Bean & Cheese Burritos & Parmesan Roasted Corn on the Cob
  5. Roasted Artichokes & Sweet Potato Fries

Wheat-Free, Dairy Free Snacks to make for Sadie:

  • Roasted Crunchy Chickpeas
  • Apple Fruit Leathers
  • Pancakes (freeze)
