  1. Coconut Ginger Chicken, Rice& Salad
  2. Mexican Chicken Stew (I know it’s 90 degrees outside, but the hubby and I are both craving it…how often does that happen?!)
  3. Turkey Burgers & Oven Baked Fries
  4. Rice Pasta with Marinara & Roasted Broccoli
  5. Wet Bean & Cheese Burritos & Roasted Corn
