We are doing so well with the Wheat-Free, Dairy-Free (WFDF) living! Ever since we received Cooking with Isaiah by Silvana Nardone, my excitement for cooking and creating in the kitchen has been re-ignited. What I love about her cookbook is that it isn’t full of foreign recipes I would never want to make for my family and obscure ingredients that are expensive or hard to come by. It’s exactly the opposite. It’s full of recipes that are kid-friendly, family friendly, easy to accomplish on a budget, and look amazing. Plus, it always helps when there are recipes for some things that we already eat but can’t anymore…until now.

Not only am I happy about the book being my go-to for navigating our new kitchen, but Sadie is doing fantastic since going off of the wheat and dairy. It hasn’t been perfect, but I’d say 95% of the time she has eaten on plan and has had absolutely no flare-ups of eczema, no itching, no constant runny nose, and hasn’t gotten sick.

I’m sold.

  3. Pepperoni Pizza
  4. Oven-fried Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard Dip & Sweet Potato Fries
  5. Black Beans Quesadillas & Salad
