It’s summer.

And it’s hot.

Really hot.

Like, I’m 26 weeks pregnant living in a hundred year old house in Old Town with no air conditioning hot.

So hot there is no way this woman is dragging herself into the kitchen and turning on an oven. No way.

I have a feeling we will be eating off of the BBQ for the rest of this pregnancy. Either that, or you could kindly make a donation to put us up in a ritzy hotel that has 24 hour room service. That sounds like a good option.

Yes, I think that sounds great!

Until you volunteer yourselves, here’s what we’re eating this week:

  1. Turkey Burgers & Watermelon
  2. Barbacoa Tacos (freezing half)
  3. Grilled Chicken Kabobs & Lemon Pepper Grilled Zucchini
  4. Vegan Pesto
