1. Broiled Rosemary Salmon, Brown Rice & Sauteed Garlic Spinach

2. Falafel (freeze half)

3. Baked Mustard Lime Chicken, Quinoa & Roasted Asparagus

4. Lentil Tacos & Salad

5. Pasta (corn) & leftover Roasted Asparagus

6. Chicken Sausage & Potato Bake

7. Shabbat with the clan
