I felt like a sort of no-brainer week of menu planning.
Honestly, I just want to spend more time down on the floor in our living room tickling my kids than over the stove. Sadie is a crack up right now with way too much vocabulary than she knows what to do with and Jonah is on the verge of mobility.
Even though I love to cook, between all of the dietary restrictions and this fleeting moment for my kids, 30 minutes whipping up dinner even seems insurmountable.
Here’s the simplistic menu for your viewing pleasure:
1. Chili & GF cornbread
3. Lentil Tacos & Salad (these tacos are TJ’s fav meal lately…can you tell?!)
5. Corn Pasta with Nutritional Yeast & Roasted Broccoli
6. Cream Cheese Crockpot Chicken & Brown Rice
