It’s that time of year where it’s now getting a wee bit too hot for me to be heating up the already hot house in Old Towne where these 100 plus year old homes don’t come with central AC. If I absolutely need to use the oven for something, given we already have so many “issues” in our house with the allergies and the high protein diet for P90X, then I have resolved to make dinner in the cooler hours of the morning and reheat for dinner.
What may seem impossible in the beginning can always find a solution if you’re willing to keep truckin’.
P90X lifestyle? Wowzers.
Hot house?! Bring it on!

1. Baked Sweet Potatoes & Salad (sweet potatoes can be done in the crock pot)
2. Grilled Rosemary Lemon Garlic Salmon and Roasted Broccolini
3. Beans & GF Cornbread
4. Italian Stuffed Peppers (recipe coming)
5. Chicken Kabobs & Grilled Sweet Peppers/Zucchini
