We discovered a little tidbit about our Jonah. While food has been a struggle for him and has been somewhat unadventurous and limiting, we found what his little heart will go pitter patter for. Besides his Mama, that is.
Marinara and Meatballs.
I gave him a quarter of a meatball cut up with some sauce on it to experiment with his sensitivity in the past to tomatoes and within seconds, he had downed it and was grunting for more. 3 entire meatballs and 6 pieces of penne later, he was smothered in sauce with the most content grin plastered on his face after the biggest meal of his little life.
Since this discovery, he has not disappointed in eating all of the leftovers over the course of this weekend.
He is officially our Meatball. I love that boy.
